WHAT I GOT FOR MY 18TH BIRTHDAYYY!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having an amazing weekend. Last Wednesday, it was my 18th Birthday and today I thought it would be good if I created a Blog post to share what I got for my 18th Birthday! I love reading birthday blog posts and I really wanted to try this so I hope you all like it! I had an amazing birthday, I had a lovely day and received so many wonderful presents!

This watch was my birthday present from my parents and I love it. I chose it a few weeks ago and as soon as I saw it, I loved it! I love rose gold watches and I think this one is really smart! It's also a bit different to other watches I'd seen, I love the black face of the watch as its so unique! I love this design, its so pretty!

My auntie gave me this charm bracelet and its one of my favourite presents. My auntie was given this bracelet when she was 18 and she gave it to me for my 18th birthday, so it's a really special present. I love this charm bracelet and the charms are so cute!

I also got some necklaces and bracelets for my birthday of my friends and family! The bracelet on the left is a Equilibrium silver bracelet which is so cute and is all about harnessing positive energy, anyone who knows me knows I'm all about positivity and happiness. I also got a necklace from one of my friends which is a silver necklace with a pinky purple heart which is so nice and cute. Furthermore, one of my friends bought me a little bracelet with a gem stone of my birthstone which is so cute. My Grandparents bought me the necklace on the right which is the silver necklace, this necklace is really nice, I love glitzy jewellery!

I also got some more jewellery from my friends and family, I got the bracelet on the left from one of my friends, its so cute, it's a beautiful delicate bracelet. I got a love heart necklace of my auntie which is really nice and simple. From one of my oldest friends, I got this star necklace which is so nice, I love glitzy necklaces and this one is beautiful. I also got a necklace from another auntie which is on the right, I like this necklace as it's a little bit bigger than my other necklaces and it looks really nice.

I also got a 18th birthday mug from one of my friends which is so cute! My mum's friend bought me this money box which is so lovely, I've had one of these money boxes before, you fill them and then smash them to open it but I think they are too nice to smash, they are so pretty.

I got loads of chocolates for my birthday but these are my favourites, I got two boxes of these and they are amazing. These chocolates are dessert flavours and they are absolutely incredible, my favourites are the key lime pie and Banoffee pie, they were absolutely delicious! I also got a box of Cadbury Milk Tray, Nestle Dairy Box and Monty Bojangles Truffles.

I also got a lovely cupcake bath bomb from Bomb Cosmetics which is super cute, I love bath bombs! I also got a few Yankee Candles which are my favourites as well as a Party Lite candle and candle holder in the shape of a lady bird which is so nice, I can't wait to use these candles.

I also got some perfume from my parents, I got Lady Million by Paco Rabanne and Princess by Vera Wang, these perfumes are my favourites and I absolutely love them. Both of these perfumes are strong and long lasting. I love these perfumes and the bottles are so nice, I think my favourite perfume is Princess by Vera Wang as it's a really nice fruity floral scent but I have to say both of these perfumes are amazing!!

FREEDOM PRO LIPSTICK BARE COLLECTION!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having an amazing week!! Today I thought it would be good to do a Blog post on some lipsticks I got for Christmas as they are amazing quality and the colours are gorgeous too!! Sorry I didn't post anything yesterday, it was my birthday and I just didn't have time, but make sure you check out my Blog post at the weekend as it's a what I got for my birthday Blog post and I can't wait to share it as I love reading posts like that!

Left to Right: 111 Untouched, 112 Sooner or Later, 113 Whispers, 114 Naked Beauty, 115 Mannequin.

These lipsticks are amazing, they are from the Freedom Pro Lipstick Bare Collection, I love these lipsticks as they are really long lasting. I really like these lipsticks because they are a matte finish, the colours are absolutely gorgeous, there is a mixture of nude shades in this collection, all of them are perfect everyday lipsticks.

I have been using Whispers and Sooner or Later over the past couple of weeks and these shades are my favourites, I think this is because they are pink nude shades and I really like them as they are lovely natural looking shades. I usually wear Lip Gloss over these lipsticks and I think it makes the shades stand out and look bold!

CLINIQUE PARTY LIPS AND NAILS GIFT SET!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend! I just want to say I'm sorry this blog post is up a bit later than usual, I've just been so busy today and this was the first chance I've had to post it. Today I thought I would do a blog post on one of the Clinique Gift Sets I got for Christmas! This Gift Set is amazing, the nail varnishes are really long lasting and such good quality! The Lip Balms are so moisturising and the colours are absolutely beautiful!!

Clinique's Party Lips and Nails Gift Set includes:

2 x Chubby stick moisturising lip balm in Pudgy Peony and Voluptuous Violet

2 x A different nail enamel in Hi Sweetie and A Hot Date

This gift set is super cute, the nail varnishes are amazing quality and so long lasting, the colours are beautiful too! The lip balms are so moisturising, perfect for a natural make up look to add a bit of colour yet still moisturise the lips, I love these lip balms! I really like this gift set, it's the perfect present for anyone who loves lip balms and nail varnishes!!

These nail varnishes are really good too, the colours are beautiful and super long lasting too!! The nail varnishes are super long lasting, the only thing I would say is they chip quite easily so I make sure I do 3 coats to make sure the colour lasts! The Hi Sweetie nail varnish is a hot pink shade which is one of my favourite nail varnishes ever and the purple nail varnish is a bold bright purple, both of these shades are so pretty! 

These lip balms are so moisturising and the colour lasts all day too! My favourite is the Pudgy Peony one as the colour is really bright and it lasts ages. I've wanted to try these lip balms for ages so when I got them for Christmas I was so happy. Clinique is one of my favourite make up brands at the minute, I got loads of new Clinique make up for Christmas and they are so good, the quality of the products is amazing!!

MY FAVOURITE SMASHBOX LIP GLOSSES!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a great week so far. Today I have decided to write a quick blog post on some of my favourite Lip Glosses at the moment. I bought some Smashbox Lip Glosses recently and they are amazing, they are so long lasting and the colours are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

The Lip Glosses are in the shades: Disco Rose, Orchid, Superstar, Coraline and Pout. These shades are absolutely gorgeous. My favourite shade is Orchid Lip Gloss as I think this would be the perfect shade for going out as it's bright and bold, I also love the shade Pout as it's the perfect daytime shade as its so natural, perfect for any daytime make up look. 

These Lip Glosses are amazing quality and they smell amazing!! I think they are amazing, I used to love Bare Minerals Lip Glosses however I think Smashbox Lip Glosses are very similar as these Lip Glosses are absolutely gorgeous!! The Superstar shade is a gorgeous sparkly dark nude shade, this shade is absolutely beautiful, perfect for any glamorous make up look!

MY EVERYDAY MAKE UP LOOK!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend! Today I want to share my everyday make up look as I got loads of new make up for Christmas that I have been using recently in my everyday make up look!! This make up look is one that I have been wearing everyday for the past few weeks and I really like this make up look as its natural and it doesn't take very long to create!

 

Products used:

No 7 Instant Radiance Foundation in Cool Vanilla - This foundation is the best foundation I have ever used, I would definitely recommend this foundation for someone who wants a dewy make up look, this foundation is also really natural, perfect for an everyday make up look!

Clinique High Impact Mascara - This mascara is one of my favourite mascaras, I love this mascara, it's perfect for lengthening eyelashes to create a dramatic lash look.

Makeup Revoulution Redemption Palette Iconic 2 - I use two shades from this palette everyday to create a natural eye make up look, the first shade I use is the 3rd shade from the left of the palette as it's a lovely shimmery cream shade, perfect for the base of the eyelid. The second shade I use is the 4th shade from the left as it's a gorgeous shimmery bronze shade which I use in the crease to make the eye make up look, look defined and bold. All of the shades in this palette are so pigmented, I love this eyeshadow palette, if you haven't read my Blog post already on my Makeup Revolution palettes then check it out as these products are AMAZING!! 

Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Palette Golden Sugar - This palette is absolutely amazing and I have been experimenting with all of these blushers to find my favourite yet I think they are all beautiful shades. The first shade I have been using everyday as a highlighter is the white and gold shade in the top left corner, this is an amazing highlighter shade, perfect to create a natural looking glow, the shimmer is amazing. Another shade I use is the 2nd shade from the bottom right which is a brown gold shade, I use this as a blusher as this shade is amazing, perfect for creating a natural blush look. The third shade I use from this palette is the shade in the bottom right as I think this shade is a perfect bronzer shade which can be used to contour. This product is so pigmented and the blushers are FANTASTIC quality!!

Freedom Pro Lipstick Bare 112 Sooner or Later - This lipstick is absolutely amazing, I got 5 of these lipsticks for Christmas and I absolutely love them, this shade is a perfect pinky nude shade, perfect for an everyday make up look.

Smashbox Lip Gloss in Pout - This is a gorgeous baby pink shade which I think is perfect for an everyday make up look. I love Smashbox Lip Glosses, I bought a set of 5 recently and they are amazing. The Smashbox Lip Glosses are long lasting and absolutely gorgeous colours!

MY NEW FAVOURITE PERFUME - BEYONCE RISE

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having an amazing week so far! I'm really busy this week but I wanted to make sure I created this blog post as I wanted to make sure I keep posting blog posts on a Saturday as well as a Wednesday. Today I thought I would do a blog post on my new favourite perfume, Rise by Beyonce. I love Beyonce perfumes, I got the Heat Rush one last year and I absolutely loved it so I was so excited to try the Rise one as I think her perfumes are amazing!!

Beyonce Rise Gift Set

This perfume gift set is amazing, it includes a silky body lotion which smells amazing, eau de parfum and a silky shower gel. I love this perfume as it has a strong scent that lasts all day and the smell is to die for. I think the scent is a rich luminous floral scent that lasts all day, I think this fragrance is a perfect night time fragrance as it is a strong bold scent perfect for any night out!

This perfume gift set was also really affordable, I think it was £10 from Superdrug as it was half price when I bought it however I still think £20 is really affordable for such an amazing perfume. I love the colours in this perfume gift set as gold and black are gorgeous bold colours, I also think the perfume bottle is an amazing shape and the lid is so unique, I would definitely recommend Beyonce perfumes as they are really affordable yet amazing quality.

MY NEW MAKE UP BRUSHES!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a great weekend, today I thought I would do a blog post on some of my new make up brushes that I got for Christmas as I have been using them recently and I really like them. I got a make up brush set for Christmas as I really needed some new ones and I love them, the brushes are so soft and they were so affordable so I just new I would have to share this with my readers.

The Studio Beauty Tool Set includes:

A black satin make up bag - It's the perfect size to fit all of the make up brushes in, I think this would be perfect for travelling or going on holiday as it won't take up that much room in your bag.

A Beauty Blender Sponge - This sponge is amazing, I am really enjoying using the beauty blender sponge as I think it is the best way to apply make up, I'm so glad I've started using this to apply my foundation as I have wanting to try this product for ages.

A powder brush - The make up brushes in this set are so soft, this brush is the perfect powder brush as its big but not too big.

A Blusher Brush - I love this brush, I have been using it everyday since I got these brushes and I have to say the quality of these brushes is amazing as well as it is so soft, it's perfect for applying blusher.

Eye shadow brush - I have been using this brush loads over the past few weeks and I love it, I think it is a very good eye shadow brush, I'm very fussy about eye shadow brushes and up until a few weeks ago I would only use my Bare Minerals Tapered Shadow and Crease Brush, but I have to say I really like using this make up brush.

Blending Brush - I love blending brushes and this one is perfect, I have been using this for a few weeks and I love it, it's amazing quality and so affordable.

Lip Brush - I haven't used this lip brush yet as I don't really use lip brushes however I think it will be just as good as the other brushes but I will let you know my thoughts as soon as I try it.

Eyebrow Brush and Comb - I always have one of these in my make up bag although I don't really use it that often.

2 Nail Files -  I have put these nail files in my hand bag because you can never have too many nail files and I always find that when I need one I can't find them so I've put them in my hand bag so I know where to find them.

MY FAVOURITE MAKEUP REVOLUTION PRODUCTS!

Hello everyone, this is my first blog post on a Wednesday in 2016, I hope you are all having a fabulous week so far. Today I have decided to do a blog post on some Makeup Revolution products as I have been wanting to try these products out for ages and I got them for Christmas and I can't wait to share my thoughts on these products.

Ultra Blush Palette Golden Sugar

This palette is incredible, I love how pigmented the blushers are, some of these shades are the perfect shades to use to highlight, I love them! I am so impressed with this palette considering how much it is as Makeup Revolution products so affordable and amazing quality. These blush powders are absolutely gorgeous, I would definitely recommend this palette if you are wanting to try Makeup Revolution products.

Redemption Palette Essential Day to Night

I think this palette would be perfect to take if you were going on a mini break or a holiday as the eye shadows would be perfect for day and night make up looks. These eye shadows are so pigmented and some of them are shimmery which would perfect for a bold make up look.

Redemption Palette Iconic 2

This is one of my favourite eye shadow palettes I own as the shades are absolutely gorgeous, I think they are perfect for smoky eye make up looks. I also love how some of these eyeshadows are glittery and sparkly as well as the eye shadows are so pigmented, the quality is amazing!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! NEW BLOG POSTING SCHEDULE & SMASHBOX MAKEUP REVIEW!

Hello everyone, first of all, I want to start of this post by saying Happy New Year, I hope you all have an amazing 2016 full of peace, health and happiness! 2015 was one of the best years of my life and I can't wait to see what 2016 brings. Before I get started on this blog post, I want to inform you of my new blog post schedule, I am going to aim to produce two blog posts a week, one on a Saturday and one on a Wednesday. I have been wanting to produce more posts and content for a while now and I feel like this year will be the best time to start.

I received the Smashbox #SHAPEMATTERS Palette for Christmas and I absolutely love it. This product is a 3 in 1 kit for face, eyebrows and eyes. The eye shadows are so pigmented and the colours are absolutely gorgeous. I have been wanting to try Smashbox products for ages and this kit is perfect for using different products. This kit includes: 1 Brow Wax, 2 Brow Powders in Taupe and Soft Brown, 2 Highlighters in Highlight and Glow, 1 Contour Powder, 1 Bronzer, 9 Photo Op Eye Shadows, 1 Double-Ended Shadow/Brow Brush and #Shapematters How to inserts. I love that this kit comes with "How To" cards as they are so helpful as they show how to create amazing looks.

The contour kit is amazing, I really like it, the highlighters in this kit are much lighter shades than my Bare Minerals ones yet I really like them and I think they will be amazing for creating some bold make up looks as well as the contour and bronzer powder which will be perfect for creating new make up looks. I will be sure to use these products and put them on my blog posts in the future as I'm sure these products will be help to create glamorous make up looks.

The eye shadows in this make up kit are my favourite especially as some of them are sparkly, my three favourite eye shadows are Champagne, Posh and Platinum. The eye shadow brush in this set is also amazing, I love my Bare Minerals Tapered Shadow and Crease brush but I think I might like this make up brush a little bit more as I haven't used my other Bare Minerals brush since I got this kit.
